When moving through the various combinations do not be tempted to merge the individual techniques. Instead, concentrate on performing each movement completely before moving onto the next. Bear in mind the natural timing of each combination, i.e. in Sanbon Tsuki, where after driving forward with an upper level punch, there is a short pause before two consecutive middle level punches are sharply executed. It is important that one does not allow the mind to act faster than the body.
